Pregnant after 3 Months!

After taking Amelia Hirota's Acupuncture for Fertility class at the Learning Connection, I was pregnant after 3 months. I learned a lot in the class about the importance of charting and diet.

I had been charting my cycle for about a year, but didn't really understand my chart until Amelia explained it to me. My husband and I completely cleaned up our diets after the class and I believe that this is what made the difference for us. We WERE drinking coffee, wine and the occasional Diet Coke. We went cold turkey after the class and had major headaches from the caffeine withdrawals. That was scary!
