Hello Doctor,
I'm male and 35 yrs old. Recently I found that I have infertility. My FSH level is 30, which is quite high.

I've been married for 6 yrs and have no children.
Will you help me? What do I need to do to reduce my FSH level?

Thanks and I appreciate your help.

High Male FSH

Hi Jalil,
I would be happy to help you figure out your high male FSH. By the way, I love your city of Delhi! I spent a lot of time there in 1996 and loved the vibrant energy, the food and the people!

As you probably know the normal FSH levels for a man are 1.5-12.4, so 30 is definitely high. In order to help you reduce your FSH levels and more importantly improve your sperm quality, I need more information to try to understand what exactly is going on with you.

Please respond in the comments section and let me know the following: sperm count, semen volume, sperm motility, sperm morphology, testosterone level, LH level, and prolactin level. These tests are the bare minimum that should have been done by your doctors, so I hope that you have all of this information.

Lastly, have you been tested for Klinefelter Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder where you would have an extra X chromosome?

Jalil, I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to both lower your FSH levels and enhance your fertility. Please be sure to sign up for one of my webinars to learn more about naturally enhancing your fertility.

Sending you lots of healing energy,
