Excellent Speaker!

I attended The Best Beginnings conference, sponsored by Women and Infants Hospital and was very impressed with Amelia Hirota's presentation. I'm a nurse working in labor and delivery and found Amelia's talk fascinating.
I've been delivering babies for 15 years and never knew about the use of moxa to turn breech and anterior facing presentations. The research presented was impressive and the material was helpful to me as a nurse.
Amelia does a good job of organizing her material, so that I walked away with information that I could use the next day. I hope that Women and Infants will invite Amelia back next year. If they do, I highly recommend that nurses, midwives, birth educators and lactation consultants attend Amelia's presentation.
She's very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about women's health. I feel like I have a better understanding of acupuncture after this talk and will recommend my patients to see an acupuncturist when they have morning sickness or a breech presentation.
