Acupuncture would be incredibly helpful right now, along with herbs and a comprehensive preconception plan. In Chinese medicine we view a miscarriage similarly to a pregnancy, in that it's very draining on the body's qi (energy) and blood. Therefore, it's very important to take care of yourself after a miscarriage, build up your qi and blood and only when your body is strong try to conceive again. I have a number of patients that have come to me after having 1-2 miscarriages. Generally, they are impatient to get pregnant again. I would encourage you to work with an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist to tonify your qi and blood and to work on regulating your cycle. I'm curious as to whether your cycle was irregular before the miscarriage? Being cautious about TTC (trying to conceive) is the prudent approach now. I understand that you want to be pregnant tomorrow, but it's also important that you don't have another miscarriage. The body produces antibodies after a miscarriage and recurrent miscarriage can severely reduce one's chances of carrying a baby to term.
